QUESTIONNAIRE FOR FEMALE ORGASMIC CONCERNS
Developed by Dr. Robert Birch (Retired Sex Therapist & Sex Educator) for use in his professional practice, this nine-page questionnaire is now available for personal use, academic teaching or research, and clinical practice. This evaluation aid consists of questions dealing with early sexual messages, current sexual attitutes, past and present sexual behaviors, relationship issues, some medical considerations and more. The questionnaire could be helpful in fostering personal insight when self-administered, and women currently in sex therapy are encouraged to discuss their responses with their therapists.
The questionnaire can also be used as a teaching tool in courses on marital and sex therapy. Students will gain an understanding of the issues to be assessed and processed in the evaluation and treatment of female orgasmic concerns. Permission is granted for unlimited reproduction of this document for use in an educational setting.
The validity and reliability of this assessment instrument has not been evaluated, and that itself could be a research project. Based simply on clinical utility, the questionnaire could be use in other research projects investigating female sexual response.
Practicing marital and sex therapists working with a population of women expressing relationship and sexual concerns that involve arousal and orgasm difficulties should find this questionnaire helpful. It could be used as a guide for verbal assessment and each response could be processed before moving on. It could also be given as a "homework" assignment. If the woman completed the questionnaire in the office or at home, it is recommended that she be asked to first offer her own interpretation and insight before the clinician reacts.

This CD contains the 7 page article with 11 illustrations on positions of intercourse that will work best in bring a woman to orgasm. The positions also increase the possibility that a couple can learn to experience simultaneous orgasms during intercourse.
In addition, the illustrated 7 page article on using vibrators during intercourse is included, but expanded. This article is available online, but the online illustrations were purposefully made fuzzy. The color illustrations on this disc are crisp. In addition, the attractive young model was photographed as she tested out each of the vibrators that were available. In all, this article contains 15 illustrations, some of which are explicit. Illustrated mention is also made of using a vibrator on a man.
Six additional color photos of another woman are presented. In addition to using the vibrators for clitoral stimulation, she has inserted a vibrating "egg" and then pairs it up with a vibrator on her clitoris.
Finally, with the emphasis on the female vulva and the need for clitoral stimulation, it seemed appropriate to include ten photographs of female genitals. The point to be made is that the clitoris, like the penis, comes in all sizes, but it is always a short distance from the vaginal opening. Typical positions of intercourse do not provide the stimulation required for a woman to have orgasms during intercourse. Understanding female sexual anatomy helps to understand why.
